Kris Jenner has broken her silence on daughter Kim Kardashian’s divorce from husband Kanye West.
Speaking on the “Kyle & Jackie O Show” podcast on Thursday, Jenner said she feels compassion for each side .
“I think it is often getting to be hard,” the 65-year-old reality star explained. “The good thing about our family is that we are there for every other and supportive and that we love one another very, very much.”
“All i would like is for those two kids to be happy. that is the goal,” she went on. “I think we all want that for our families, just to be ready to have the love and appreciation of 1 another, which everyone’s OK. that is what you would like as a mom.”
As for a way the divorce will play out on their reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Jenner admitted she isn’t sure how it’ll be handled.”I do not know what they need selected within the finale. we’ve not even seen the primary show yet,” she said, noting that the primary episode of the ultimate season premieres Friday. “I’m sure they’re putting some final touches.”
But, she insisted, “I think it’s just a personal time for them. Kim wanted to affect this together with her circle of relatives in her own time. When she seems like it, I’m sure she’ll say what she must say.”
Kardashian and West share four children together — North, 7; Saint, 5; Chicago, 3; and Psalm, 1.
The former couple wed in 2014 and news of their divorce broke on Feb. 19.
